Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative (Service)

Responsible for handling all incoming telephone inquiries predominantly for service such as service reservations, complaints, vehicle status updates and request for information.

Handles all incoming service related inquiries from existing and potential new customers.

Works closely with the service department and service management personnel to book customers into our shop and address any concerns or questions they may have.

The main objective is to schedule customers to meet with our service advisors and to recommend basic maintenance and detail services.

Other duties:

Updates customer information in customer database files.
Enters important contact information in customer files, makes service reservations.
Must be flexible in routine and behaviour to adjust to other duties as required.
Works with and communicates with supervisor/manager on complaint and problem resolution.
Candidate must be bilingual.
